About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, reliable self-starter to help manage and grow our marketing presence. This is a part-time,
mostly remote role focused on social media content, our monthly email newsletter, and light marketing support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working independently, and contributing ideas—not just
executing tasks. While most work can be done remotely, this position does require occasional in-person time for photo
and video capture, which may increase seasonally around events.
What You’ll Do
• Create and manage content for social media platforms
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Plan, write, and send the monthly email newsletter using Mailchimp
• Create and manage Facebook Events and event-related posts
• Capture photo and video content on-site as needed (seasonal)
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style
• Schedule content and keep marketing organized
• Track basic performance and suggest improvements
Tools We Use

What We’re Looking For
• Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video
• Familiarity with Canva and Mailchimp

Grounds & Landscaping Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, seasonal workload
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Grounds & Landscaping Assistant to help keep our property looking its best for guests and events. This role focuses on maintaining guest-facing areas and supporting general outdoor upkeep.

- Pulling weeds and general landscaping upkeep
- Weed-eating, brush clearing, and light property maintenance
- Ensuring paths, patios, and common areas are clean and presentable

What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors
- Able to perform physical work in varying weather conditions
- Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well-kept
